She would make a fantastic wife though: "Honey, I just got robbed!", I cried to my wife, #18, over the phone. A few minutes later #18 has the robber beat to death and she picks me up and carries me to the house and things gets funky, if you know what I mean Spoiler: click to toggle We watch DBZ!!

My theory is that 16 still existed and would have a place of sorts in the Otherworld. Of course, that would mean he had to be wished back to life twice with his second death coming at the hands of Super Buu's Human Extinction Attack or Kid Buu's Death Ball and being wished back in the wish to revive everyone who was killed by Buu afterwards. This theory was also used in an old DBZ game, not sure which one.

Also #19 was seen escaping hell in GT and Gero was in hell in GT (<This isn't canon though) I think #16 should be in otherworld tbh
